Showtime! In White

Showtime performed in purple sequin dresses in the first set. While most of the choir sang the ballad, some of the girls changed into their white sequin dresses. Then these girls sang and danced together while the rest of the choir changed clothes. These choir members came on the stage in white sequined dresses and red 'faux' fur jackets.

The first year of Junior High is almost over. What a year! From JA Jazz to Showtime it was fun. We're looking forward to another busy year.

Busy Spring

Spring has been busy for us. As mentioned in an earlier post, my granddaughter Emily Kay Kirk was born on April 3. Then on April 26 my mother moved from her home of 50 plus years in Hazlehurst to Jackson. We are so happy to have her close to us! Sigrid and I spent last weekend in Birmingham with the Kirks. Pictures from the weekend are posted. Thanks to Molly & Matthew & Emily Kay for letting us visit.

On April 3 my daughter, Molly, gave birth to my first grandchild - Emily Kay Kirk. I am posting Emily Kay's photo taken when she was approximately one week old and a photo of Molly taken when Molly was about one week old.
